Best Travel Time? On Okinawa, the temperature is between 20 and 30 degrees all year round. This is also what makes this Japanese island so special. However, most rain falls in May, June, August and October. Still, you can visit the island in these months too, only you will be more affected by the rainfall.
How many days? Once you arrive on Okinawa you never want to leave. When you visit the island, you can easily spend a week here. Then plan at least 5 days and rent a car to explore all parts of it. And in the meantime, don’t forget to also relax on one of the beautiful white beaches the island has to offer.
